The safety of our workers, contractors and the public is our company’s paramount focus. By maintaining the welfare of our people, we can meet our commitments to customers, grow our company and build value for our shareholders.
Our primary means of protecting our workers is by identifying and eliminating risks, and thorough safety inductions and training. We are proud of our record, and safety incidents and injury are very rare.
We also encourage our employees and partners to take a constructive role in promoting safe practices and industry WHS improvements. This is achieved by open communication around site observations, lessons learnt, near misses (if these occur), ongoing review of our practices, and regular training and refreshers.
We also provide for fair and effective workplace representation, consultation, cooperation, and issue resolution.
