Proposed New Constitution (Item 7 of the Notice of Meeting)

At Central Petroleum Limited’s (CTP) 2022 Annual General Meeting being held at 10:00am (Brisbane time) on Thursday, 10 November 2022, CTP will seek approval of Shareholders under Item 7 of the Notice of Meeting dated 7 October 2022 to repeal CTP’s current Constitution and adopt a new Constitution.

Gas Day Harmonisation Transition Plan

The Australian Energy Market Commission published a rule determination to harmonise the start time of the gas day used in the short-term trading market hubs and the gas supply hub trading locations with the gas day start time used in the Victorian declared wholesale gas market. This start time is 6:00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
