Short Term Incentive Plan
- As a part of the pay for performance culture adopted by Central Petroleum, the company has designed this program to recognise employee performance
- It is an annual scheme that provides opportunity for eligible employees to earn a cash or equity initiative on top of their Total Fixed Remuneration
- The bonus is determined by corporate and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), which includes safety and environment benchmarks
- Corporate KPIs are transparent across the company
- KPIs are reset annually.
